What a paid plan gives you
A membership unlocks a defined set of features — such as messaging, expanded search or priority visibility — for the period shown at checkout. It does not promise a match, a proposal or a marriage, and no outcome is guaranteed.
Billing
Fees are charged in advance in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by a licensed payment provider; we never store your card details.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal and keeps your benefits running until the current period ends.
Refunds
Once a plan is activated and its features have been used, fees are non-refundable. A full refund is issued where a payment was duplicated, charged in error, or where the plan could not be delivered because of a fault on our side. Requests must be raised within 7 days of the charge.
Accounts removed for breach
No refund is due where an account is suspended or removed for breaching the Terms & Conditions, including false information, harassment or misuse of the platform.
How to request
Write to our support team at help@noornikah.com from your registered email or mobile number with the payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 7 to 10 working days.
